Bake Your Day Bakery is a true family-owned shop, run day to day by owner Shawn Matson. It's a stop-in kind of place, set inside the Greene Township municipal building with room to sit down for twelve, plus a few outdoor tables when the weather is right.
Everything from the pepperoni rolls to the made-to-order pies is baked in-house, the way a neighborhood bakery should be.
