Individual cottages, plenty of room to breathe

Our cottage homes are clean and equipped with a full kitchen and bath, gas fireplace, WiFi, TV, basic cable, gas grill, and either a screened porch, open deck, or private lakeside patio. An aluminum boat with a 6HP motor is included with each cottage, and we also keep two canoes on hand for anyone to use.

Most cottages sit within 65 feet of the shoreline with gorgeous views. Each is an individual unit of knotty pine decor, spaced for privacy on wooded, level, landscaped grounds.

The Lake

200 acres, 70 feet deep — no pond by any means

Fairview Lake is well suited for young and old alike thanks to its cleanliness. There's an area for kids to stand and swim by our main dock with a hard sand bottom, accessible from the dock or shoreline.

Our natural, deep, spring-fed lake is stocked with big Brown, Rainbow, and Palomino trout, and was written up in Outdoor Life as one of the Poconos’ best lakes for both small- and large-mouth bass. The lake also supports Perch, Pickerel, Catfish, even Eel through the underground spring — plus loads of blue gill for the kids.

What’s Included

Housekeeping cottages, ready when you arrive

We're housekeeping-type cottages — you'll arrive to a very clean cottage, though we don't offer maid service during your visit.

In the Kitchen

Dishes, flatware, pots and pans, a drip coffee maker, microwave, and toaster. Food markets are only 3 miles away, or dine out at restaurants ranging from fast food to elegant dining.

For Sleeping

We provide pillows and blankets. Guests should bring their own pillowcases, sheets, and towels.

On the Water

We provide gasoline for outboard motors and life preservers, so your included boat is ready to go from day one.

When you depart, we request the cottage be left broom clean with no dishes left in the sink.
