What to Know Before You Go

🛲 Boats on the Lake

Due to small children and the amount of people at our property, we do not allow Jet Skis, ski boats, or any boats larger than 19′. These vessels are allowed on the lake but must be taken out when done, as there are no public docking facilities on the lake. Lake Wallenpaupack is 2 miles away, where you can arrange to dock your vessel.

🐕 Pet Policy

We are pet friendly, but prefer dogs under 20 pounds and limit the number of dogs to one per cottage unless approved by management. You must inform us at the time you make your reservation if you will be bringing a pet with you. Due to the time and cost to clean your cottage, there will be a $15.00–$25.00 charge per day added to the rental rate for those who bring a pet.

• ALL pets must be kept under your control on a leash or short runner at all times while outside of your cottage.
• No pets are to be left in any cottage without a responsible person to care for your pet.
• You are responsible for cleaning up after your pets.

🛲 Kayak Rentals

We have two kayaks available to rent. Kayaks are $15.00 per day (2-day minimum, each) or $90.00 per week, each.

💰 Deposit Return Policy

We will return 50% of your deposit when given over 30 days’ notice. If your rental is canceled less than 30 days in advance, no refund will be issued.
